Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actor from Australia. Cornish is most well-known for her performances in films like Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) and Sarah as well as Geostorm (2017). In the latter film, Cornish received her debut Screen Actors Guild Award as an actor in the film. Gilpin was the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin in 34 episodes before Nurse Jackie's season ended June 2015. Gilpin appeared the same year on True Story, a mystery thriller.
